My yoga classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind. Whether you’re seeking gentle relaxation, improved balance and strength, or a boost in vitality, each session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation in a warm, supportive space.

Classes are open to all levels – from complete beginners to experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice.

Sessions are held in Pezenas, location confirmed after booking.

9.15am Monday: Vinyasa Flow

1 hour @ €15

6 classes @ €14 each

Build your practice.

A class to build strength and flexibility by incorporating a wide range of poses and sequences to engage the entire body, helping to build strength, balance and mobility.

This class will include mindful movement and breath awareness.

10.30am Tuesday: Gentle Vinyasa Flow

1 hour @ €15

6 classes @ €14 each

10 classes @ €13 each

Accessible and supportive.

Combining gentle flow sequences the steady breath encouraging focus, balance and release. A good class for beginners and those returning after a break from yoga, everyone is welcome

9.15am Wednesday: Gentle yoga

1 hour @ €15

6 classes @ €14 each

10 classes @ €13 each

Midweek Reset.

In this class we will slow it down. Starting with a gentle flow we will finish with Yin yoga poses for a more meditative practice focusing on holding passives postures for longer periods of time to target deeper layers of the body, to help improve flexibility, increase circulation and promote relaxation and inner calm. Suitable for all and perfect for a midweek reset.
