My yoga classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind. Whether you’re seeking gentle relaxation, improved balance and strength, or a boost in vitality, each session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation in a warm, supportive space.

Classes are open to all levels – from complete beginners to experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice.

Sessions are held in Pezenas, location confirmed after booking.

9.15am Monday: Vinyasa Flow

1 hour @ €15

Build your practice.

A class to build strength and flexibility by incorporating a wide range of poses and sequences to engage the entire body, helping to build strength, balance and mobility.

This class will include mindful movement and breath awareness.

Foundations of Yoga. 

Join me to rebuild your strength, balance and confidence as you reconnect with your body and breath. 

In this class we will slow it down. Start with a close look at creating a gentle flow and finish with meditative Yin yoga poses to help improve flexibility and promote inner calm.  

Ideal if you are new to yoga, returning or want to build your practice.

A small group with friendly supportive guidance.
