Welcome to Sole Yoga’s Class Booking Page. Here you can schedule group yoga classes designed to help you deepen your connection to your body and mind, whether you’re looking for gentle relaxation, improved balance and strength, or enhanced vitality. These classes are suitable for all levels and offer a balance of mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Classes are held in a local studio setting and are limited to a maximum of 8 people, ensuring plenty of space and personal attention. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine and grow your existing practice, these sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and connect more deeply with yourself.

Vinyasa Flow - 9.15am Monday

1 hour @ €15

5 classes @ €14 each

10 classes @ €13 each

Build strength and energy for the week ahead.
Vinyasa Flow builds strength and flexibility by incorporating a wide range of poses and sequences to engage the entire body, helping to build strength, balance and mobility.
This class will include deep stretching, mindful movement and breath awareness.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow - 10.30am Tuesday

1 hour @ €15

5 classes @ €14 each

10 classes @ €13 each

Accessible and supportive.
Combining sun salutations with connection to a steady breath encouraging focus, release and movement throughout the body.
Moving into postures and balance for strength building and deep stretching with use of props for support.
A good class for beginners and those returning after a break from yoga, everyone is welcome.

Evening Restorative Flow - 5.30pm Wednesday

1 hour @ €15

5 classes @ €14 each

10 classes @ €13 each

A slower pace allows for a deeper connection between body and mind, fostering mindfulness and relaxation. Opening and release.
Time to explore the poses and encourage control and awareness over each movement which enhances overall body awareness and proprioception.
